參賽資格 (Eligibility):
The competition is open to both new talent and professional illustrators. All work—whether commissioned or self-initiated—is accepted, provided it has been created within the past year before the Call for Entries closes. The entries are categorized into New Talent and Professional groups.

評審規範 (Judging Criteria):
