2022年AI的快速崛起，不同思維的生圖方式撼動藝術與設計領域，在AI的FB社群平台，見識到各國的作者，正以過去無法想像的模式讓我們的美學領域不斷的擴展，難以想像的配色、新奇的造型、與擬真的質地不斷出現。這種產圖的模式直接拉開過去的徒手繪圖與電腦繪圖模式，成為新的工具。
為了能順應時代的發展，商業設計系便於2024年四月的系務會議中，通過趙樹人副教授的提案，在商業設計系的課程中設置AI美學課程，讓所有新生得以開始正視AI的發展與運用。同年羅光志老師也在勞動部的申請的就業學程中，為準畢業生規劃AI課程的學習。期間，兼任教師張世傑、邱義盛與曾國軒老師，也持續的為AI相關課程提供應用教學。
為了讓更多的學生可以直接感受AI繪圖的新美學，2024年八月，開始透過網路送發AI國際交流展邀請，多數的作者也回應願意提供作品，給在校學子觀摩。這次的國際交流展共有十個國家的24位作者的作品，包含越南、瑞典、法國、蘇格蘭、馬來西亞、韓國、美國、荷蘭、以色列與中華民國。
此外，為了讓學子有更深切的參與感，在羅光志老師的就業學程中，特別撥出計畫經費，精選12件參與就業學程的學生作品參展。
本次的AI國際交流展在設計學院蔡子瑋院長，與商業設計系溫志維主任的支持下，得以將這些作品列印並展示。在本校展覽結束後，計畫將作品安排到四所高中職進行巡迴展，讓有設計相關科系的高職學生，也能見學這些優秀作品。
AI的應用在世界各地有不同性質的爭議，在版權與著作權也有不同的詮釋。不過這在新媒體的發展過程中，是必然的現象。但世界潮流的發展，是不可逆的，在這過程中我們只有持續關注與參與，等待發展塵埃落定。

With the rapid rise of AI in 2022, different ways of thinking and drawing are shaking up the field of art and design. On AI's FB community platform, we can see authors from all over the world, who are expanding our aesthetic field in a way that was unimaginable in the past. It is difficult to Imaginary colors, novel shapes, and realistic textures continue to appear. This model of producing drawings directly breaks away from the past freehand drawing and computer drawing models and becomes a new tool.
In order to adapt to the development of the times, the Department of Business Design passed the Approved the proposal of Associate Professor Chao Shu Jen at the department meeting in April 2024 to set up an AI aesthetics course in the courses of the Department of Business Design, so that all freshmen can start to face the development and application of AI. . In the same year, Teacher Luo Guangzhi also planned AI courses for prospective graduates in the employment program applied for by the Ministry of Labor. During this period, part-time teachers Zhang Shijie, Qiu Yisheng and Zeng Guoxuan also continued to provide applied teaching for AI-related courses.
In order to allow more students to directly experience the new aesthetics of AI drawing, invitations to the AI International Exchange Exhibition began to be sent online in August 2024, and most of the authors responded that they were willing to provide their works for school students to observe. This international exchange exhibition features works by 24 authors from ten countries, including Vietnam, Sweden, France, Scotland, Malaysia, South Korea, the United States, the Netherlands, Israel and the Republic of China.
In addition, in order to give students a deeper sense of participation, special project funds were allocated during Teacher Luo Guangzhi's employment program to select 12 works of students who participated in the employment program for exhibition.
This AI International Exchange Exhibition was able to print and display these works with the support of Cai Ziwei, Dean of the School of Design, and Wen Zhiwei, Director of the Department of Commercial Design. After the exhibition at our school, we plan to arrange the works to be exhibited in four high school vocational schools so that vocational students with design-related majors can also see and learn these outstanding works.
The application of AI has caused disputes of different natures around the world, and there are also different interpretations of copyright and authorship. However, this is an inevitable phenomenon in the development process of new media. However, the development of world trends is irreversible. In this process, we can only continue to pay attention and participate, and wait for the development dust to settle.
