活動簡介 | Event Introduction

BICeBé 2025 國際海報徵集（International Poster Call）是玻利維亞雙年設計與海報展（La Bienal del Cartel Bolivia, BICeBé）的主要活動之一，致力於聚集全球的平面設計師與創意人士，共同參與世界海報設計的年度盛會。活動旨在促進設計文化交流，探索視覺溝通的多樣性，並展示設計界的最新創作。
BICeBé 2025 International Poster Call is a flagship event of the Bolivia Design and Poster Biennial (BICeBé), bringing together graphic designers and creative professionals worldwide to participate in a celebrated global poster design competition. It aims to foster cultural exchange, explore diversity in visual communication, and showcase the latest works in the design field.

活動主題 | Event Themes

比賽分為多個主題類別，涵蓋文化、社會與廣告等現實主題，以及兩個未發表作品主題：

  1. A類別：文化海報
  2. B類別：社會海報
  3. C類別：廣告或商業海報
  4. D類別：未發表海報，主題為「物件的第二生命」
  5. E類別：動態設計海報，自由主題
  6. F類別：僅限18至25歲學生參與，未發表海報，主題為「慢下來，向前進」
    The competition covers multiple thematic categories, addressing cultural, social, and advertising topics, along with two themes for unpublished works:
  7. Category A: Cultural Posters
  8. Category B: Social Posters
  9. Category C: Advertising or Commercial Posters
  10. Category D: Unpublished Posters on the theme "The Second Life of Objects"
  11. Category E: Motion Design Posters on a free topic
  12. Category F: Unpublished Posters for students aged 18-25, themed "Slow Down to Move Forward"

參賽資格 | Eligibility

比賽對全球開放，年齡及國籍不限，參賽對象包含：

  1. 設計學生
  2. 平面設計師
  3. 塑膠藝術家
  4. 攝影師
  5. 平面創作者
    F類別僅限18至25歲學生參與。
    The competition is open to participants worldwide, with no age or nationality restrictions, including:
  6. Design students
  7. Graphic designers
  8. Plastic artists
  9. Photographers
  10. Graphic creators
    Category F is limited to students aged 18-25.

活動時程 | Event Timeline

  • 報名開始時間：已開始接受投稿（自2023年4月起）
  • 投稿截止時間：2025年4月11日
  • 結果公佈時間：2025年10月24日
    - Submission start date: Submissions are already open (since April 2023)
    - Submission deadline: April 11, 2025
    - Results announcement date: October 24, 2025

參賽者需前往官方網站下載投稿指引，並根據要求提交作品，詳情請參閱比賽手冊。
Participants must visit the official website to download the submission guidelines and submit their works as instructed. For details, refer to the contest brochure.

評審規範 | Evaluation Criteria

  1. 作品需符合所選主題類別與格式要求。
  2. 未發表作品需保證原創，且未在任何平台發表或參賽。
    1. Entries must align with the selected thematic categories and format requirements.
    2. Unpublished works must guarantee originality and must not have been previously published or submitted.

活動獎勵 | Prizes and Awards

  1. 每個類別的前三名將獲得榮譽文憑與獎牌。
  2. 特別獎項包括：
    • 最佳玻利維亞海報（所有類別）
    • 類別D最佳玻利維亞海報
    • 類別F最佳學生海報
      1. Diploma of Honor and Medal for the first, second, and third places in each category.
      2. Special recognitions include:
    • Best Bolivian Poster (across all categories)
    • Best Bolivian Poster in Category D
    • Best Student Poster in Category F
